First Interstate Bank in Montana is seeking an Inside Sales Mortgage Loan Officer to originate permanent residential loans via the bank's Digital Platform, handling inbound calls and online inquiries. You will support the entire FIB footprint in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a competitive base salary and incentive.

In this consultative sales role, you’ll learn applicants’ housing goals, present loan options, and ensure complete, compliant processing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4-6 years related experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Experience handling complex loans preferred.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/RD and conventional programs.

Mansioni

• Handle inquiries and leads from digital platforms and branch referrals.
• Provide consultative guidance on housing goals and loan options.
• Convert leads to complete applications and submit documents for processing.
• Maintain realistic expectations and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Analyze credit reports and lock in interest rates as requested.
