Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks.
• Balance teller drawers, vaults, and ATMs/ITMs; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with branch operations, scheduling, and training new hires; provide member service across multiple channels.
• Support management with ad hoc tasks and branch needs to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and bank policies (e.g., BSA/Patriot Act).
