Qualifications

• 4+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Experience closing business and negotiating contracts.
• Salesforce proficiency.
• Strong phone skills, including cold calling.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new mortgage brokers and bankers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Meet sales and outbound call goals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Assist brokers with loan approvals and conditions.
• Conduct product presentations and scenario reviews.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on mortgage products.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other company systems.
