Job summary

Direct Mortgage Loans is seeking an Inside Loan Officer Sales Position (Client Care Loan Analyst) to be the first contact in the loan process. You’ll convert company-provided leads into full applications, present loan options, and guide clients through the mortgage journey with compliance and education at the core.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Active NMLS license.
• 2+ years of lending or related financial experience.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends as part of rotation.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Convert company-provided leads into full loan applications.
• Collect and verify client income, assets, credit, and other documents.
• Present tailored loan options and educate clients on the mortgage process.
• Issue pre-approvals aligned with DML standards and ensure compliant practices.
• Provide timely updates and coordinate with agents and clients throughout the loan process.
