Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Mortgage Partnerships professional to design and execute high‑impact business development plans that expand mortgage access across strategic growth markets. You will advance consumer and COI engagement and help strengthen partnerships.

The role involves guiding local events, delivering cross‑functional mortgage referrals, and coaching teams in the N. California/Pacific Northwest market, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of experience in project management activities.
• Advanced knowledge of CRA and Affordable Lending.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance CRA/Affordable Lending objectives by designing and executing high‑impact business development plans to expand mortgage access across strategic markets.
• Develop connections that strengthen consumer and COI engagement models to drive production lift and deepen community partnerships.
• Lead local events and partner with community organizations to advance homeownership.
• Deliver consistent cross‑functional mortgage referrals across teams.
• Serve as a resource and coach in the N. California/Pacific Northwest market, promoting awareness of available tools to advance homeownership.
