• Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Responsibilities

• Help design and execute high‑impact business development plans to expand mortgage access across strategic growth markets
• Develop connections to strengthen consumer and COI engagement models to drive production lift and deepen community partnerships
• Engage community organizations to create awareness and access for consumers and COIs to relevant services and products; participate in/local events with partners
• Deliver consistent cross‑functional and mortgage referrals
• Serve as a resource and coach in the N. California/Pacific Northwest market to raise awareness of tools for homeownership
