Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Manager to advance National Strategic Markets and Affordable Lending by designing and executing mortgage growth plans across strategic markets in California.

You will develop connections with communities and COIs to drive measurable production lift and promote homeownership through cross-functional collaboration. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% while delivering mortgage referrals and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Responsibilities

• Advance mortgage access by designing and executing high-impact business development plans.
• Develop connections to strengthen consumer and COI engagement models to drive production lift.
• Engage community organizations to create awareness and access for consumers and COIs to relevant services and products.
• Deliver consistent cross-functional and mortgage referrals.
• Serve as a resource and coach in the N. California/Pacific Northwest market to promote homeownership tools.
