Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned business development professional to advance National Strategic Markets and Affordable Lending objectives by designing and executing high-impact plans to expand mortgage access across key growth markets.

You will build connections with communities and COIs, drive referrals, and serve as a resource in the N. California/Pacific Northwest market, promoting tools to advance homeownership and strong partnerships with local organizations.

• Advanced knowledge of CRA and Affordable Lending.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact business development plans to expand mortgage access across strategic growth markets.
• Develop connections that strengthen consumer and COI engagement models to drive production lift and partnerships.
• Engage community organizations to create awareness and access for services and products; participate in/local events.
• Deliver consistent cross-functional and mortgage referrals.
