• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage loan origination.
• Proven success with Conventional, FHA, VA, and portfolio loans.
• Self-sourced production and ability to build a sustainable pipeline.
• NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act requirements.
• Bondable and able to work in a growth market.

Responsibilities

• Self-source mortgage production through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Develop partnerships with REALTORS®, builders, and community organizations.
• Represent UFCU at Houston events and homebuyer workshops.
• Build and maintain a sustainable mortgage pipeline in an emerging market.
• Assist members and non-members, guiding them through financing options.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, HMDA, and current mortgage guidelines.
• Attend closings when possible and maintain accurate loan information.
