Qualifikationen

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.
• GSE and Government experience preferred.
• MSP and LoanSphere experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Understand foreclosure basics and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple tasks to completion.

• Manage foreclosure accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Ensure First Legal Actions are completed by deadlines and extensions when needed.
• Review foreclosure files for regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with mortgagors, attorneys, investors and other parties.
• Monitor attorney performance and track timeframes.
• Follow up on outstanding requests from internal and external partners.
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and proper system allocation.
• Respond to audit and quality control requests.
• Report litigated and class action matters to management.
• Analyze portfolio status and timelines to ensure compliance.
