Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure foreclosure processing complies with state and federal laws and guidelines.
• Manage deadlines and extend First Legal Action when needed.
• Review foreclosure files for regulatory compliance and timelines.
• Coordinate with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, trustees, and other parties.
• Monitor attorney performance and foreclosure records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests from partners.
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and proper system posting.
• Research loans with unusual payments or issues.
• Respond to audit and quality control requests.
• Report litigated and class action matters to management.
• Analyze portfolio performance and compliance of foreclosures.
• Generate exception reports as risk controls.
