Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations (RESPA, TILA, TRID, ECOA, HMDA, FDCPA, CFPB).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of defaulted mortgage loans through foreclosure.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys and review legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines.
• Track milestones and deadlines to mitigate risk and penalties.
• Review title reports and resolve issues with counsel before foreclosure sales.
• Maintain records and prepare status reports for management and investors.
• Collaborate with loss mitigation to evaluate workout options.
