The Contract Compliance Manager will supervise loan repurchases, conduct detailed file reviews, and drive remediation while coordinating with legal, underwriting, sales, and finance to mitigate compliance risk and financial loss.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage repurchases flagged for compliance violations and ensure timely resolution and recovery.
• Investigate loan files, appeal repurchases, negotiate recovery and settlements.
• Analyze seller's performance and determine root cause and remediation standards.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, sales team, and Controller.
• Provide weekly status reports with recommendations to senior management.
• Develop actionable recommendations to prevent future loan defects and losses.
• Collaborate in monthly meetings providing metrics and recovery amounts.
• Manage and enforce compliance standards and procedures.
