Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work alongside mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective home buyers and negotiate financing options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement date in a competitive marketplace.
• Gain experience in processing, obtaining mortgage approval and conducting closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver customers' dream homes.
