Job summary

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship offers hands-on experience across the mortgage process for our Ryan Homes, NVHomes, or Heartland Homes customers. You will learn pre-qualification, processing, underwriting, customer communication, and closings while understanding regulatory aspects.

You will work with mortgage professionals, gain exposure to sales and production teams, and receive compensation for your contributions. Many interns become full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in college (scheduled to graduate within 12 months preferred).
• Leadership experience or demonstrated initiative.
• Strong communication skills across teams and with customers.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Students from all degree majors welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage professionals in pre-qualifying prospective home buyers and exploring financing options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement date in a competitive market.
• Gain experience in processing, underwriting, and mortgage closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to understand how they deliver customer homes.
