Job summary

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship program offers hands-on experience across the mortgage process for Ryan Homes, NVHomes, or Heartland Homes customers. You’ll learn pre-qualification, processing, underwriting, and closings, while interacting with sales and production teams and gaining exposure to regulatory aspects.

Current college students, with leadership and strong communication skills, are encouraged to apply. Interns are compensated, and many past interns move to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in a college degree program (preferred graduation within 12 months).
• Demonstrated leadership and motivation.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify prospective home buyers and discuss financing options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement date in a competitive market.
• Assist in processing, obtaining mortgage approvals, and closings.
