Zusammenfassung

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship provides hands-on experience in the mortgage process for Ryan Homes, NVHomes or Heartland Homes customers. You will participate in processing, underwriting, and closings while learning regulatory aspects of mortgages.

As part of a collaborative team, you will pre-qualify buyers, guide them to settlement, and interact with sales and production teams. Many interns transition to full-time roles upon graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Current enrollment in college degree program (scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship is preferred)
• Highly driven & self-motivated with leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Current Driver’s License
• Students from all degree majors are welcome

Aufgaben

• Pre-qualify borrowers and negotiate financing options.
• Guide customers from application to settlement date in a competitive marketplace.
• Gain experience processing and closing mortgages.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Shadow sales and production teams to see the delivery of a customer's dream home.
