Job summary

Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC (TC&E) is a national title and escrow provider delivering comprehensive title solutions nationwide. Based in Tulsa and part of The Fay Group, TC&E supports institutional real estate transactions with diligence, compliance and timely document processing.

Reporting to the Manager, Assignment and Lien Release, this role secures, drafts, records and images Assignments and Lien Releases, coordinating with clients, vendors and government offices to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in foreclosure or mortgage document processing
• 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan documents
• Proficient in typing 50+ words per minute
• Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and Excel
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Good judgement with the ability to evaluate and make decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Customer service/ client orientation with strong execution skills and results orientation
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Secure, manage and process essential documentation to support title clearing functions while ensuring compliance with statutory, state and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, execute, record and image Assignments and Lien Releases adhering to company and industry guidelines.
• Act as central point of contact for coordinating document-related activities, maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors and government offices to enable efficient, timely and accurate property transactions.
