Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC (TC&E) is seeking a detail-oriented Title Examiner to perform thorough examinations of land records and tax certificates to ensure accurate title products. You will identify and assist in resolving title deficiencies to support marketable title commitments and closely collaborate with closers and clients.
This role requires 1+ years of title research experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Reporting to AVP, Title Production, this position is responsible for performing thorough examinations of land records, assessment records and tax certificates to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the title products. This identifies and assists in the resolution of title deficiencies to support the issuance of title commitments that meet marketability standards.
This role prepares documents, inputs data and closely collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve title issues promptly. Additionally, this position actively communicates with closers and clients to address outstanding title items, ensuring timely and compliant transactions.
