Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in title research, title examination or a related field.
• Ability to interpret title commitments across various jurisdictions.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examinations of land records, assessment records and tax certificates.
• Identify and assist in resolving title deficiencies to support marketable title commitments.
• Prepare documents and input data, coordinating with closers and clients.
