Educational requirements include a high school diploma and familiarity with PC and keyboard use, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. An hourly wage ranging from $16.75 to $22.40 will be offered based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of PC and Keyboard experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan, index, and retain mortgage loan documentation.
• Ensure image quality through thorough quality reviews.
• Maintain loan files in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance on scanning equipment.
• Process requests for official checks from Loan Operations employees.
