Responsibilities

• Review new loan documentation and data for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure closing conditions meet policy and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• For consumer/small business loans, prepare and deliver applicable disclosure documents.
