Responsibilities

• Post credits and debits to loan accounts, communicating with lender and collections as needed.
• Complete lender requests including billing and payment inquiries, corrections, and loan maintenance changes; perform automatic payment setup and due date changes.
• Monitor and analyze reports to ensure accurate servicing of accounts for credits/debits, automatic payments, matured loans, and outstanding billings.
• Fraud Risk Review: identify high risk or unusual transactions.
