Freedom Mortgage is seeking a LM Document Specialist II to perform 2nd review on incomplete packages and accounts with upcoming Foreclosure sale dates. The role includes quality review of Document Specialists I and II and assisting as needed to balance workflow.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, issuing letters to borrowers, and coordinating with Underwriting, Mediations, Litigation, Foreclosure, and SPOC teams.

Qualificações

• Experience performing LM Document Specialist II duties or related experience/training (1–2 years preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat and knowledge of various file formats.
• Ability to read business and financial documents and learn mortgage-specific terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily user maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Review all incoming documents and letters issued to borrowers; update file status in system.
