Member First Mortgage LLC is hiring an Early Intervention Specialist to join our Default & Loss Mitigation team in an in-office capacity. You will support our default and early intervention operations through reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and reporting, collaborating with local colleagues and team members nationwide.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, adherence to policies, and timely communication with borrowers while maintaining a family-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid time management skills to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Resolve conflicts and build relationships with internal and external contacts, requiring discretion and diplomacy.
• Research borrower information to determine payment options and discuss government programs.
• Monitor delinquent mortgage accounts up to 120 days; outreach to bring accounts current at multiple milestones.
• Update system coding and notes; ensure compliance with debt collection laws and internal policies.
• Willing and able to work some evenings and weekends.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
