Newrez is hiring a Deal Manager to oversee the onboarding and de-boarding of loans, ensuring regulatory alignment and timely transfers. The role coordinates cross‑functional tasks, prepares reports, and maintains transparency with servicers and internal teams.

A high-energy, detail‑oriented professional will drive transfer accuracy and KPI achievement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ loan transfer experience, 2–3 years mortgage servicing exposure, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years’ mortgage servicing experience required.
• 2+ years loan transfer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department organization and standards.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Goodbye/Welcome Letters, Investor Change).
• Coordinate transfer timelines with internal and external parties.
• Lead routine calls with servicers to confirm dates and resolve questions.
• Manage transfer tasks using heatmaps and checklists.
• Share transfer data with stakeholders and support data validation.
