Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years’ applicable mortgage servicing related experience required.
• 2+ years of loan transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer timelines with servicers and internal teams.
• Create transparency with reporting and data sharing.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., transfer letters).
• Host routine calls with servicers to review due dates.
• Manage transfer tasks using heatmaps and checklists.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
