Job summary

Strongbridge LLC in Indianapolis is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives / Mortgage Professionals to work in person in our call center. You will engage with lenders, banking institutions and consumers to answer questions and provide information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.

Candidates must pass background and credit checks with a drug screen. The role offers a 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM shift and benefits including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of FHA loan origination experience plus one year of customer service or call-center experience, or at least three years of loan origination with conventional or government-backed loans (FHA/USDA/VA).
• Two to four years of college or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and ability to navigate CRM and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems and manage time effectively.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and provide information about HUD FHA and reverse mortgages.
• Engage with lenders, banking/mortgage institutions and consumers to support loan processes.
• Adhere to background, credit, and drug screen requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and navigate CRM systems efficiently.
