The role requires 1–2 years of finance/mortgage customer service experience, escrow knowledge, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and MSP/Black Knight is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service in finance OR mortgage.
• Escrow account knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts and take payments (inbound calls only).
• Research customer complaints, concerns and payment history and correct or adjust records as needed.
• Assist in monitoring escrow accounts for payment of taxes and insurance by mortgagor.
• Process payments.
• Discuss escrow analysis with customers.
• Update loan records as needed.
• Assorted other duties as requested by Manager.
