Job summary

Total Mortgage Services, LLC in Milford, CT seeks a Mortgage Compliance Assistant to support the Compliance Department’s monitoring, policy updates, and licensing activities. You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer with projects and maintain training records, audits, and exec reviews.

You will also manage the approved settlement agent list, supervise training enrollment, and help prepare state and federal filings. Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance monitoring and testing program.
• Gather materials for audit reviews and distribute findings.
• Monitor social media for advertising compliance.
• Assist with filings for state, federal and agency approvals.
• Assist with State, Agency, Third Party and Federal examinations.
• Assist with policy updates and maintain active versions.
• Oversee approved settlement agent list and training administration.
• Admin for compliance training curriculum and user accounts.
• Assist with license continuing education enrollments.
• Assist with new license requests and renewals.
