Job summary

Key Mortgage Services is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee licensing, exam readiness, complaint handling, SAR review, and audit support. This role partners with the SVP of Fulfillment Operations and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment across departments and to drive a proactive compliance program within the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, Reg Z,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related field.
• 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience.
• Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, Reg Z, Reg X and state lending laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing & exam readiness and renewals.
• Manage complaint handling from intake to resolution.
• Review SARs and support audits with documentation.
• Collaborate with SVP and QA vendors to reflect findings in compliance work.
