Job summary

Real REMAX Group is seeking a Manager, Mortgage Compliance to join our Legal team. You will oversee compliance for the Mortgage group, maintain licenses, and develop policies and training materials for staff across jurisdictions in the U.S.

This role reports to the Senior Real Estate Counsel and collaborates with cross-functional leaders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential mortgage compliance, deep knowledge of RESPA and CFPB rules, and proven ability to translate complex regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage compliance experience in loan processing/origination/underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, TILA/Reg Regulation Z, CFPB rules and related state/federal laws.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, controls and employee training.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mortgage compliance for loan processing and origination.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state/federal laws and CFPB requirements.
• Review advertising, marketing materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and training materials for staff.
