Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to interpret and communicate federal and state mortgage regulations across the organization. You will partner with Compliance and business teams on enterprise-wide projects, reviews, and training, and support mortgage advertising and loan operations with regulatory guidance and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of mortgage compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations (e.g., ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, TILA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to interpret regulations.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and communicate federal and state regulatory requirements to business partners.
• Collaborate with Compliance team and partners on enterprise-wide projects and trainings.
• Review consumer-facing advertisements and provide regulatory guidance to Marketing.
• Utilize Encompass to investigate loan-level issues.
• Research inquiries and provide timely regulatory responses.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact and requirements.
• Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Assist with federal/state examinations as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
