Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to uphold and strengthen its Compliance Management Program within the Compliance Department. You will guide business partners on federal and state mortgage regulations, identify risks, and help ensure adherence to policies across the enterprise.

You will collaborate on enterprise projects, review consumer advertising for regulatory guidance, and use Encompass to investigate loan-level issues while monitoring regulatory developments and

Qualifications

• Three to five years of mortgage compliance experience.
• Knowledge of ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, TILA, and related regulations.
• Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and communicate federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on enterprise-wide compliance projects and training.
• Review consumer advertising and provide regulatory guidance to Marketing.
• Investigate loan-level issues using Encompass.
• Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate business impact.
• Draft and maintain company policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Report findings to management and support remediation efforts.
• Assist with federal and state examinations as needed.
