Formación

• Past due accounts collection experience preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal collections regulations.
• Ability to analyze delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop use of Signature, collections software, Nautilus system, and phone software systems.
• Identify and resolve Branch office collection issues.
• Prepare loan modification or repayment plans and analyze departmental reports.
• Coordinate collection efforts with offices and monitor progress.
• Ensure timely collections and comply with policies and regulations.
