Job summary

Westfield Bank seeks a Closer/Funder in Retail Lending to manage all closing documents for mortgage, equity and consumer loans. You will ensure TRID compliance and coordinate closings with borrowers, attorneys, loan officers and branches.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deadlines, including pre-close reviews and post-close QC before funding and servicing.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage closings and close procedures.
• Knowledge of TRID regulations and secondary mortgage guidelines.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all closing documents for mortgage, equity and consumer loans.
• Coordinate loan closings with borrowers, Loan Officers, Attorneys and Branches.
• Perform pre-close and post-close reviews for accuracy before funding/servicing.
• E-Record mortgage, equities and modifications through the Simplifile system.
• Send required documents to Servicing to book loans in DNA system.
• Complete BSA, AML, and other regulatory training as assigned.
