Job summary

Stillman Bank Corp NA is hiring a Mortgage Loan Closer to prepare and review closing documents for Conventional, USDA, Portfolio, and New Construction loans. You will verify data accuracy, input LOS information, and ensure timely funding and compliance with investor and regulatory standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in mortgage closings, a solid understanding of TRID timing, and strong communication with loan officers and borrowers. On-site, Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of mortgage loan closing, funding, or related operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Conventional, USDA, Portfolio, and New Construction loan products.
• Strong understanding of TRID timing requirements and closing disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare closing instructions, close documents, balance loans, and finalize Closing Disclosures.
• Review loan data in LOS for accuracy and input into systems of record.
• Ensure compliance with investor, regulatory and internal SLAs.
• Provide timely status updates to loan officers, borrowers, and operations.
