Mortgage Solutions of Georgia, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Closing Administrative Assistant to join our Acworth, Georgia office. This in-office role supports our lending and closing team, ensuring clients receive the first-class experience we pride ourselves on.

The ideal candidate has basic mortgage closing knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while communicating professionally with clients and partners. Compensation: $14 - $20 hourly.

Qualifications

• Some closing/post closing experience and Mortgage industry knowledge required.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new programs; HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Order routine third-party mortgage items, such as insurance, flood, fraud, and other reports.
• Provide occasional telephone coverage and direct calls.
• Help processing and operations teams with overflow.
• Complete data entry and other general office duties.
• Learn our mortgage processes and systems.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge grows.
• Pitch in to help our team and clients.
• Complete other supportive duties as needed by the team.
• Handle front desk duties, including welcoming visitors, organizing mail, faxing documents, and running errands as needed.
• Provide concierge-level support to vendors and clients to improve customer satisfaction.
