Qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License is required.
• Experience in mortgage origination, real estate, or financial services.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and borrower qualification standards.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and loan origination platforms (Calyx, Experian, LendingWise).

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers from application to close and build referral networks.
• Manage borrower relationships from inquiry to funding.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet production goals.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, real estate agents, title companies, and attorneys for timely closings.
• Review and gather documentation to meet underwriting requirements.
• Monitor files for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop relationships with Realtors, builders, and community partners.
