Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate mortgage loan closings with closing agents, loan originators, and loan processors for various lenders.
• Prepare mortgage closing packages and send to closing attorney with funds prior to closing.
• Review and approve HUD-1 and HUD-1A documents and closing disclosures.
• Calculate APR and issue final TIL when applicable.
• Prepare funding worksheet to calculate net funded wire and wire funds as needed.
• Post-closing: finalize loan timely for the post closing department.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and post closing on outstanding conditions.
• Maintain strong public relations with customers, realtors, and attorneys.
