Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare documentation for consumer and residential mortgage closings.
Review loan files for accuracy and completeness and ensure TRID compliance.
Prepare disclosures and closing packages, including HUD-1 when applicable.
Verify that underwriting and funding conditions are satisfied before closing.
Identify missing or inconsistent documents and resolve issues with lending teams.
Gather documents to finalize closing packages and support fund disbursement.
Maintain timely communication with lenders and involved parties throughout the closing process.
