• Coordinate with title companies and loan officers to prepare disclosures.
• Create and send closing packages through Hybrid E-closing system.
• Ensure closing disclosures are compliant and accurate before distribution.
• Manage checklists and follow up on outstanding findings for loan closings.
• Maintain a tracking list of errors to improve loan production processes.
