Job summary

Exchange Bank in United States (Nebraska) is seeking a Mortgage Closing Specialist responsible for preparing closing disclosures within TRID guidelines and ensuring accurate, compliant closing transactions. You will collaborate with lenders, title company staff, and borrowers to deliver a smooth closing experience.

Role requires 2+ years in mortgage closing/processing, knowledge of Encompass, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, college-level training preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage closing/processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete closing disclosures within TRID timing guideline requirements.
• Monitor borrower’s receipt of the Closing Disclosure and re-disclosures as required.
• Coordinate delays with lenders and title company.
• Review title commitment, homeowner’s insurance, flood certification, invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure loan closures meet program and investor guidelines.
