GreenState Mortgage Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare, review, and process closing-related wire transactions and mortgage payoff disbursements. You will ensure funds are wired accurately and liens are properly paid after loan closings, while complying with policies and investor requirements.

The role emphasizes fraud prevention, data integrity, and timely funding, with a strong focus on teamwork and member service in a credit-union environment.

Mansioni

• Performs closing-related wire transactions and mortgage payoff disbursements.
• Reviews loan files and funding packages for completeness and data integrity.
• Prepares and distributes closing documents, CDs, redisclosures, escrow statements, payoff requests, and mortgage documents.
• Initiates, verifies, and tracks wire transfers and disbursements with fraud prevention in mind.
• Communicates funding status and closing updates to settlement agents and internal stakeholders.
• Processes payoff transactions, fees, invoices, and GL entries with accurate reconciliation.
• Supports title ordering and discrepancy resolution by identifying missing information and escalating issues.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, investor, and credit union regulations, including re-disclosures for changed circumstances and rate updates.
• Maintains efficiency in high-volume workflows and provides administrative support to senior closing staff.
• Participates in community involvement and other mortgage-related duties as assigned.
