Job summary

Members-Mortgage-Services is seeking a closing associate in Hutchinson, KS to prepare real estate loans for closing in accordance with underwriting guidelines and to coordinate settlements with lenders, title companies, borrowers and other vendors.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with TRID and internal QC policies. Prior mortgage experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files for data integrity.
• Order payoffs and insurance as applicable.
• Prepare all closing disclosures in compliance with TRID.
• Reconcile closing disclosures with title company and lender.
• Prepare closing documents per MMS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate closing appointments with lender, realtors, borrowers, title companies and vendors.
• Review mortgage loans for compliance with internal QC policy.
• Track and clear post-closing file exceptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Familiarize yourself with FNMA and FMAC guidelines.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
