The role emphasizes reviewing Post-Closing packages for regulatory compliance, reconciling tolerances, and communicating with branch staff and attorneys to ensure timely closings. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle a large caseload with accuracy and speed.
• Experience with loan servicing systems and document management tools.
• Familiarity with closing disclosures and lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage and HELOC closing packages using the LOS.
• Review Post-Closing document packages for completeness.
• Ship documents securely to closing attorneys and fund loans.
• Verify insurance, taxes, and escrow details; address issues.
• Ensure Closing Disclosures comply with TRID and regulations.
• Maintain collateral jackets and perform final audits of loan docs.
