Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist in loan closing operations to support late-stage processing through closing. You will maintain accurate files, update systems, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely closings.

You will help resolve documentation discrepancies and provide coverage across support activities based on volume and staffing needs, contributing to a smooth mortgage closing process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize loan files with complete documentation.
• Perform clerical tasks: scanning, imaging, copying, filing, data entry.
• Update loan records across internal systems and approved credit sites.
• Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams to progress toward closing.
• Communicate with external parties and internal colleagues to resolve discrepancies.
• Track outstanding requests to meet service levels and closing timelines.
• Provide coverage for support activities based on volume and absences.
• Complete related duties as assigned.
