Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Minimum 4 years in commercial loan operations or credit environment.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and terms.
• Knowledge of credit and commercial loan systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with multitasking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all commercial document preparation activities through HotDocs.
• Work with Underwriter and outside counsel on document prep.
• Review draft and executed loan documents for accuracy and approved terms.
• Coordinate third-party vendor work (flood zone, title, insurance, UCC searches).
• Ensure completeness of loan package and forward to WLS partner.
• Route loan documentation to WLS partners for booking and funding.
• Coordinate the application of fees and identify missing fees.
• Follow up with customers, Bankers, Underwriters and attorneys to clear documentation exceptions.
• Coordinate with WLS partners to correct onboarding errors in credit facilities.
