The role emphasizes accurate closing and funding of mortgage loans and maintaining clear lines of communication with title companies and loan officers to ensure smooth closings. As a full-time employee, you will prepare loan figures, confirm documents, balance files for disbursement, and coordinate with the Post-Closing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years related experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and complete closing and funding of mortgage loans.
• Reviews file for required closing documents and data integrity.
• Maintains open communication with Loan Officers and title companies.
• Prepares loan figures and sends to Title Company.
• Prepares mortgage closing documents for borrower execution.
• Balances file in preparation for disbursement of checks/wires.
• Ensures compliance training and adherence to Bank Secrecy Act and AML rules.
