Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Closer to prepare and review closing documents for mortgage loans and coordinate with title companies. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, mortgage processing/closing experience, and solid customer service, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Windows and Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Mortgage processing or closing experience is preferred.
• Must have customer service experience; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Loan Processors to ensure document accuracy and submissions.
• Handle mortgage assignment creation, including title searches, chain of title, and vesting.
• Meet strict closing deadlines in a timely and compliant manner.
